Women are not designed to function in a man’s world – plain and simple
The coaching industry was created by and for men. It doesn’t address the very specific needs, experiences and challenges of women that are absolutely explicit to living a female body and perceiving life through a female psyche. Many women who’ve found themselves between the cogs of this industry have thus concluded erroneously that there’s a problem with themselves. Not so; it’s simply the case that if you judge a woman on her ability to be a man, she will always fall short.
