She blends advanced feminine spirituality and ancient wisdom with depth psychology and the very practical overcoming of life limitations and challenges, facilitating profound identity change and embodiment of the True Self.
Offering coaching, mentoring, retreats and bespoke Rites of Passage experiences in the wilds of Ireland, there are multiple ways to engage with the support you most deeply yearn for.
This work is women-oriented, women-powered, and intensely trauma-informed. Fortress
Around my heart was built a fortress
Of granite, with reinforcements of steel;
