The journey begins as a little girl…
Not an ordinary little girl, but a little girl just like you.
One who enjoys little girl things, but secretly lives another world that is often unseen, and who has spent a lifetime searching for a place she knows should exist but is nowhere in sight.
As a little girl, I knew right from the start that I didn’t have a place in the reality in which I found myself.
I didn’t fit anywhere in fact, and though profoundly confused as to why, I somehow knew that I carried something within me others had forgotten.
A deep awareness that I had to find the way to translate my inner life into something I could touch drove me through seemingly endless experiences of “otherness”, to seek a greater truth in places that it appeared to me nobody else was daring to look.
All the while, a deep abiding loneliness drove much of my life. Everywhere I looked, I found distortion that hurt my eyes and heart, and I wandered from place to place in an effort to escape.
Over time, I understood: no matter how far you wander, you can never escape from yourself.
Arriving into the realisation that all of the things I had thought to be flawed about myself in a paradigm for which I was far too big were the exact gifts I held in my hand to change the whole game, my life was never the same again.
I knew on a bone-deep level that rather than running away, my task was to actualise in everything that dwelled within the deepest caverns of my soul.
Sister, as part of the wave of awakening, and a Sacred Woman in a world that for aeons has not supported the feminine-essenced life, I know how hard it can feel to accept all that you are and take your place in deep trust that it is possible for you to thrive as your actual self.
But that is exactly what you have come here to do. When you refuse to run from yourself, turn deep into the core of all that you are, and resolutely make the choice to create your life from that place, everything else changes to match.
The time of waiting is over, change starts with us. Together, we create a new future for everyone.
a thousand lifetimes
I feel like I’ve lived a thousand lifetimes
In two short decades
Tossed widly from sea to stormy sea
Searching for meaning behind the screens
Of illusion, so carefully painted
On Chinese paper nonetheless
Which is thin and easily ruptured
On fateful contact with razor sharp eyes –
Allowing the light to shine right through
(Though it was always semi-opaque to begin with).
Sometimes the loneliness all but consumes me
Seeing the dawn in the midst of the night
Surrounded by creatures who fear the sun,
Hissing and spitting and clawing the dirt
I tread carefully over their grasping fingers
But invariably some will always get trodden on
They howl and retch, it tears at my heart
But I hold fast
Knowing that when I find it and flip the (light) switch
They will see my meandering was all for them.
I think I’m getting close now
Time seems to be slowing down.
Maybe if I just stand still…
Ah, there it is; the switch was here all along.

My name is Elizabeth (this is a nom de plume, by the way) and I’m a Feminine Empowerment Coach, Healer, Teacher and Mentor for Women
My work is rooted in ancient feminine spirituality, and lies at the intersection between consciousness and psychology. I’m a lifelong initiate of the Divine Feminine mysteries.
Drawing from a deep understanding of modern challenges and an absolute wealth of personal experience, I combine laser-sharp intuitive coaching, transformational mentoring, somatic healing and feminine embodiment with advanced spiritual knowledge to facilitate true and irreversible life changes.
Through my own journey of overcoming major trauma and the relentless experience of being sidelined for big chunks of my life, I’ve developed a powerful and unique understanding of the challenges that many unique women face, along with a one-of-a kind system to serve their very specific needs for support during these rapidly changing times.
I’ve been on an accelerated spiritual journey since childhood, and have multi-layered professional training in the field of supporting women to overcome core challenges, set themselves free from invisible barriers, and achieve absolute self-fulfilment. I integrate multiple body-oriented therapeutic healing approaches into my practice, and am currently training (but not yet qualified or licensed) as an Integrative Psychotherapist.
My work is devoted to the emerging Sacred Feminine, supporting women to reclaim their innate power and become their most actualised selves. I currently help women from all over the world to liberate from age-old limits whose time has passed and play their part in the shaping of the whole new paradigm that is forming as we speak.
Working with me is a unique experience, and you’ll know if you’re being called to go on a journey together.
This work is for the ones who know we’re not here to “fix” the old, but to lay down new templates completely…
Ones based upon the original blueprints of wholeness and power that we inherently hold within ourselves; a process for which our own awakening is key.
What I do?
I ignite my clients into full reclamation of their most essential Self, to unleash the full scope of brilliance inside and embody who they’re capable of being – while teaching them powerful tools and principles to create a personal reality of thriving.
From this baseline of self-belonging combined with high-level spiritual knowledge, creating a joy-filled life that matches the truth of who you really are becomes inevitable.
In all things, I use my own life as a template, and I aim to share the fruits of my own experience. There is nothing I share that hasn’t been tested by personal practice, you’ll find no new-age spiritual fluff and nonsense here.
Over my years of doing this work, I’ve discovered that the willingness to uncover and embrace one’s true nature beneath the layers of false personality is at the core of what creates flourishing on all levels (life, love, business and everything in between).
This can be a tricky knife’s edge – because the very reason the true self has been hidden is due to assumptions of some kind (often rooted in genuine experience) that it cannot be accepted, appreciated, welcomed or loved. All of this we tackle together.
When we work together, expect rapid transcendence of lifelong limitations, and a connection with your Greatest Self that is lightyears beyond anything you’ve experienced before. I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.
